Christopher began his employment with Douglas Realty & Development LLC in January 2002 as an Administrative Assist and became the Maintenance Coordinator as the department grew. Early on, he proved himself to be an asset to the company while studying to obtain his real estate license, which he received in the spring of 2003. After gaining experience in the business, Christopher was promoted to Property Manager for the new Lehigh Acres branch office, which opened in October of 2004. After three years of managing the Lehigh branch office, Christopher has been further promoted as the Regional Property Manager based out of the central office in Cape Coral. His stellar performance in the property management department and in the realm of general real estate sales, has secured his position with Douglas Realty & Development LLC into the long term. Todd Morris joined the Douglas team March of 2006. His experience in real estate market enabled him to rapidly adjust to the property management side of real estate and was assigned the Lehigh Acres office Feb 2007. Brian has had 10 years management experience. The first 7 years he spent expanding a cellular company, in which he opened in 1997. After obtaining his Florida Real Estate Associates license in March of 2005, he was immediately picked up by Douglas Realty & Development LLC. After 6 months of working in the maintenance department and working as a close apprentice in the property management division, he was ready for the position in which he was initially brought on board for with the company. Brian has extensive knowledge about the North Port, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda and surrounding rental markets. As his management experiences and knowledge continues to accumulate over time and through the latest property management education, Brian has proven to be an advantage to our company and will continue to excel as the Property Manager for our North Port branch office.
